Age Brackets: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U
Maximum 16 Teams per age division
Game MVP T-Shirt to Each Team on First 2 Games

Fees: $350.00 per team
Send fees plus registration form (below) by Oct. 3, 2014 to:

Birth certificates should be available upon request

Please do not bring food or beverage into the park. A fully stocked concession stand plus t-shirt vendors will be available.
